Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is according to claims in the Daily Mirror saying that Tottenham captain and his international teammate Hugo Lloris would be interested in joining the Gunners

Giroud has told French television that if Tottenham fail to qualify for next seasons Champions League he will look for a move away from White Hart Lane.

“We go out together and talk about everything,” said Giroud. “We talk about life and sometimes the French team a bit and our wish to have a great experience together at the World Cup.

“Have I asked him to join Arsenal? Yes, I have with Lolo (Laurent Koscielny). He would have liked to, he would quite like to. You will have to ask him the question.”

The Arsenal striker also thinks that France has the quality to win the World Cup.

“We can go all the way,” he claimed. “That means we are going there to bring the trophy back. Try to reach the moon and at worst you will reach the stars.”
