Arsenal fans told to expect travel chaos ahead of Manchester United clash

Arsenal fans are being told to use trains and buses to get to the ground ahead of Wednesday night’s clash with Manchester United at the Emirates as London Underground staff calls a 48-hour strike

Arsenal football club is telling their fans to expect significant delays getting to and from the ground as tube services to nearby stations are expected to be limited at best meaning that First capital Connect trains to nearby Finsbury Park will be much busier than usual.

The strike will affect Underground services from 9.30pm on Tuesday February 11th until the morning of Valentine’s Day February the 14th.

Supporters should plan extra time for their journey and to check with www.tfl.gov.uk and @TfLTravelAlerts on Twitter for the latest travel information.
