The Daily Mail is reporting this morning that Everton has joined the race to sign Barcelona winger Cristian Tello who is not short of admirers with a host of other clubs including Liverpool, Valencia, Porto, Arsenal and Tottenham also said to be interested in the Barca wide man.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger tried to sign Tello back in January on loan but was knocked back by then manager Gerardo Martino, but now that former Barcelona B, Roma and Celta Vigo trainer Luis Enrique has been put in charge everyone is expecting to see big changes this summer that could include a number of players leaving.

All of the interested clubs want to sign the 22-year-old on loan, but with a sale price believed to be £8 million a team like Everton would be a good match especially after how on loan Barcelona player Gerard Deulofeu did for them last season.

Tello has the potential to be a world class player and we would expect to see him sold for more than the £8 million that is currently being quoted.
