Line-Up: Manchester United team to play West Ham

Manchester United have been confirmed to have reached an agreement for a budding midfielder ahead of next season.

The Irish Independent has reported that the Red devils have sealed a deal for Ireland Under-16 captain Lee O’Connor. He is joining Nick Butt’s side on the back of his impressive displays for the Irish cadet team.

The 15-year-old who recently received the U-15 Player of the Year award is the second youngster reported to have been snapped lately by the Old Trafford occupants.

16-year-old striker Nishan Burkart was confirmed by his father to have switched from FC Zurich to United. This is in line with Louis van Gaal policy of giving recruiting the best talents and blooding them into the first team when they are fully ready.

Although,the manager’s future remains in doubt. However, that has not stopped the club from making plans in securing their future. Certainly, they are grinning from ear to ear at the sight of seeing Marcus Rashford turn up to the party when they needed a goalscorer. The teenager has scored crucial goals this season, with the two goals against Arsenal in the 3-2 away win topping the chart.

Manchester United are also linked to the pursuit of some other strikers like Zlatan Ibrahimovich and Romelu Lukaku, to mention but a few.
