Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has apparently snubbed Real Madrid by signing a new five-year deal with Manchester United said to be worth £140,000 per-week that will now keep him at Old Trafford until 2020.

This news goes against all the speculation last week that the 24-year-old Spaniard had agreed personal terms with Real Madrid and was prepared to move in the summer taking over the number one slot from current keeper Iker Casillas.

The news carried by METRO appears to stem from Italian news outlet Mediaset who broke the story via their feed on twitter.
