Now that Colombia has been knocked out of the Copa America we expect to see Chelsea’s new striker complete his season long loan from Monaco to Stamford Bridge, and while neither party has said that the Colombian hit-mad is joining Chelsea they have not denied it either.

Falcao failed to impress last season while at Manchester United , but Blues boss Jose Mourinho still feels that fans in England have yet to see the real Falcao, and that he hopes he will be able to bring the best out of the 29-year-old.

Chelsea is expected to release the news of goalkeeper Petr Cech’s departure to Arsenal as early as today, and could at the same time confirm that Falcao is indeed joining the club.

Over the years we here at Soccer Transfers have followed Falcao, and if Mourinho does his magic we expect the Colombian to light up the Premiership proving just how bad a job LVG did with him at Old Trafford.
