Chelsea is getting ever closer to that day when Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa moves to Stamford Bridge.
As the two sides negotiate several deals have been discussed including the possibility of Chelsea including on loan at Everton striker Romelu Lukaku as part of a swap that would also see goalkeeper Thiabut Courtois remain in Madrid.
New reports coming out of the Spanish capital however according to the Daily Star claim that Atletico are lining up Seville’s Carlos Bacca as Costa’s replacement.
The soon to be Spanish champions are said to have drawn up a list of players who play in a similar style to Costa with the #25 million Bacca topping it.
Reports in Spain also claim that a tentative agreement over Costa was reached in April following Atletico’s 3-1 win over Chelsea in the Champions League semi-final.
