Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has issued a rallying cry to Chelsea supporters by saying he wished they could create just 25% of the atmosphere at Anfield.
The Blues have been trying to find a way to increase the noise level at Stamford Bridge and have even suggested playing fake fan noise through the stadiums speakers.
Following the 1-1 draw against Liverpool up on Merseyside Mourinho said he wished Chelsea fans could create the same atmosphere as Anfield.
‘If Stamford Bridge can give us 25 per cent of the emotion Anfield gives Liverpool, I think we can do it. Liverpool, instead of 40,000 fans, they will have five or 10 (thousand),’ he told Chelsea TV.
‘Chelsea, instead of 1,000, will have 40,000. I hope that can make a difference in the atmosphere.’
