Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger should be left in doubt as to how good an Olivier Giroud, Karim Benzema striker partnership would be for Arsenal after the two French strikers got on the score sheet last night as France kept their World Cup ambitions on track beating Jamaica 8-0 at the Stade Pierre Mauroy.
Critics have in the past suggested that Benzema and Giroud would have problems playing together in the same team, but that argument can now be put to bed after Benzema scored two goals and provided Giroud with an assist.
It was an impressive display be the French and will certainly have them confident ahead of their Group E opening match against Honduras on Sunday June 15th at the Estádio Beira-Rio, in Porto Alegre.
