It’s pretty big talk from Liverpool new boy Divock Origi who claims that under the ‘world class’ management of Brendan Rodgers Liverpool will win the Premiership title next season.
The 20-year-old Belgium international was signed by Liverpool last summer for £10 million from French Ligue 1 side Lille, but remained on-loan with the French outfit for the 2014/2015 season.
Origi is now looking forward to arriving at Anfield and is confident that Liverpool can win the title next season saying: ‘I think Liverpool is a wonderful club that deserves to be at the top and to be honest with the players they have, with the quality they have, then they should be finishing at the top of the league.’
‘I’m very happy to be going there.
‘Brendan Rodgers is a very good coach and he has proved that so it will be very exciting to work with a world class coach.’
