German national newspaper Bild is reporting this morning that Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich will enter the race to sign Liverpool’s Raheem Sterling if they fail to sign number one transfer target Marco Reus from rivals Borussia Dortmund.

So far Liverpool contract talks with the 20-year-old have stalled after Sterling failed to accept the £70,000 per-week the club has offered to pay him.

Meanwhile Spanish La Liga leaders Real Madrid have been heavily linked with a move for the young England international as a replacement for Gareth Bale who could well be on his way back to the Premiership with talk of Manchester United ready to pay £90 million for the Welshman.

Bild however is reporting that Bayern manager Pep Guardiola has asked his brother Pere who is the agent for Luis Suarez to approach Sterling and sound him out about a move to Bayern Munich.
