Arsenal’s ability to win this seasons Premier League title has suffered a huge blow after reports suggest that Gunners midfielder Santi Cazorla could be out for the rest of the season.
Initial estimates were that the little Spaniard would be out for three months, but now the suggestion is that he will now miss the rest of the season according to the Mirror.
The now 30-year-old former Malaga player returned to Spain for minor knee surgery over the weekend, with Wenger saying he hopped to have him fit again in four months, but it appears as if the damage was worse than first thought and that his recovery will be a long road back.
