In a move designed to thwart Arsenal, Swansea have slapped a £20 million price tag on striker Wilfried Bony in the hope of deterring Arsenal from going after the 25-year-old Ivorian international according to Dean Jones in the Sunday People.
The Swans signed Bony from Dutch club Vitesse last summer for £12 million in a move that has paid off for the Welsh club after having seen him repay them with 15 goals.
Arsene Wenger has Bony on a short list of possible striker targets with Everton also interested depending on what happens with on-loan Chelsea man Romelu Lukaku.
If however a firm offer comes in from Arsenal Bony will be faced with a decision to make while at the same time Swansea reckons they would need at least £20 million to find a suitable replacement.
