Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has spoken about how he is not happy with manager Arsene Wenger’s decision to keep playing him out on the wing.
The 24-year-old is desperate to return to the centre of the park where he feels he is more suited as an attacking midfielder.
‘I’m not hiding away from it, I want to be in the middle,’ he told the Daily Mirror.
‘I’ve had chats with the manager about it. I showed at Manchester United what I’m capable of doing when I go into the middle of the park.
‘But the manager said he wants me to do a job out there for the moment and obviously I’ll do that for him. But I prefer to play in the middle.
‘We have wingers on the bench, but he’s still picking me out wide.’
The Welsh international has been linked with a move to Barcelona in recent days , and now the Catalan giants know what they need to do to entice him to move to the Nou camp be simply saying “Aaron we see you as our next Inesta and Xavi and would like you to become our midfield general.”
We can already hear Ramsey saying, “Where do I sign.”
