Arsenal would appear to be all set to enter a bidding war for Palermo striker Paulo Dybala after the Sicilian clubs president confirmed the Argentinian would be sold in April.

Arsenal is just one of a host of teams that has been linked with the 21-year-old with Juventus an AS Roma also interested after having seen him score 13 goals in Serie A this season.

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has now made it clear that Dybala will be sold to the highest bidder with a figure of £29 million being tossed about as enough to land him.

‘We will sell Dybala by the end of April,’ Zamparini told Italian publication Tuttosport.

‘In Italy, Juventus and Roma are the teams most interested in the lad and he would certainly help them.

‘But foreign clubs are also in the mix.’

The Palermo president revealed that the player’s agent Pierpaolo Triulzi will be travelling to Paris and London to listen to offers.

‘Triulzi has the green light from me and is going to Paris and London to listen to offers, then we’ll evaluate them together,’ he said.

‘We will also meet with [Juventus general manager] Giuseppe Marotta again. Perhaps he will want to raise his offer.’
