With money to burn, and a fan base eager for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to sign a top striker, it appears as if the Gunners are now convinced that number one summer transfer target Karim Benzema wants to remain at Real Madrid, so will turn their attention to PSG striker Edinson Cavani according to reports in Spain.
Much talk has already been made concerning the rocky relationship that exists between the Uruguayan striker and Paris Saint-Germain trainer Laurent Blanc, and with Zlatan Ibrahimovic almost certain to stay in Paris until next summer, it will mean another season of being played out of position for the 28-year-old striker.
