According to Real Madrid president Florentino Perez Italian Serie A champions Juventus have a “zero percent” chance of signing Arsenal striker target Alvaro Morata.

The Spain U-21 international has been linked with a move to the Emirates since last January, and with speculation that the Gunners had signed him with a Real Madrid buyback clause in his contract it would now appear as if he will be staying at the Bernabeu.

Reports in the Italian press claimed that Morata was on the verge of singing for Juventus, but Perez rubbished the talk when he told Cadena Ser. “I am a friend of the directors of Juventus, we have a great relationship.”

“We have met there and we talked about many things but I was not asked anything of Morata. And I say the possibility that Morata goes to Juventus is zero percent.”
