Sky Deutschland is just one of the many news outlets in Germany claiming that a 74 million euro deal has been agreed for Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin De Bruyne to move to Manchester City.

The Middle East owned club is meanwhile refusing to comment on the news despite the 24-year-old assist kings agent Patrick de Koster saying: “There is no final agreement with Manchester City, maybe there will be tomorrow.”

Cross town rivals Manchester United were also said to be interested in the former Chelsea player, so it could be that the Bundesliga side are allowing them the opportunity to make a counter offer now they know what City is prepared to pay for the Belgium international.
