Premier League giants given the green light to go after £74m striker

Manchester United seem to finally have signed a striker who is worthy of scoring as many as 30 goals in a season. According to reports, Gonzalo Higuain is already house hunting in the Manchester area which is a clear indication of where he will be playing his football next season especially as Manchester City who are the only other Manchester Club are yet to be linked to him.

The Argentine who has also been linked with a move to Chelsea is said to be Jose Mourinho’s number target for the striking department and the Portuguese will try to reunite himself with the Argentine who he coached while both were still on the pay roll of Real Madrid.

In 145 games in the last three seasons, Higuain has scored 85 goals which is quite impressive for a player playing in the Italian league which is known to be very solid defensively. According to triabl football, Higuain and his Girlfriend where in the City of Manchester this week to look for a house in advance for a summer move to Manchester United.

This report if true means the Red Devils have either agreed to pay Napoli’s £75million release clause for the player or have managed to get the Serie A side to lower their demands for the player.

He will earn as much as £180,000 a week with the Red Devils when he finally signs for the club according to the report.
