Palermo goal scoring sensation Paulo Dybala is on the hit list of many top clubs including Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid who have all been following the Argentinian striker this season watching the 21-year-old score 11 goals in 20 matches so far this season.
Palermo needs money and are resigned to the fact that they will lose Dybala next summer, but will do their best to try and get at least £30 million for him.
Reports out of Spain are claiming today that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been given the green light to sign him and that the Gunners are in fact winning the race for his signature.
