CHELSEA have not finished spending yet, according to chief executive Ron Gourlay.
They have already splashed out nearly £65m since last season, bringing in Eden Hazard, Oscar, Marko Marin and Eden’s brother Thorgan.
But the club are now in negotiations to sign Napoli’s Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani in a £32m deal, Wigan forward Victor Moses for £7m and Marseille defender Cesar Azpilicueta for £8m.
“We are still looking at one or two positions,” said Gourlay.
