Bayern Munich attacker Franck Ribery has voiced his delight with his form so far in the 2012-13 campaign and feels he ranks among the best players in the world at the moment.

The France international has already netted four goals in 13 Bundesliga appearances this term and has set up seven more, and he has stressed that he has never played at this level before in his career.

“I am better than ever before at the moment. I am on top of my game. I am among the best and most important players in the world,” he was quoted as saying by Kicker.

“Everybody knows me and they all have a lot of respect for my abilities. I will do my utmost to make sure I keep performing at this level.”

The winger then went on to discuss Bayern’s chances in the Bundesliga title race and warned that Borussia Dortmund should not be underestimated.

“We have a team that can win it all. We want to be crowned champions, but Dortmund remain serious rivals. We cannot underestimate them. I am confident that we can win the title, though, if we keep this up.”

Bayern currently hold a nine-point lead over second-placed Bayer Leverkusen.
