Paris Saint-Germain trainer Laurent Blanc talking ahead of tonight’s first –leg last-16 Champions League match with Chelsea looked a bit haggard after seeing his team draw with Caen at the weekend despite being 2-0 up in the 89th minute.
Blanc spoke about tonight’s match with Chelsea calling it a remake of the quarter-final last year in which Chelsea won based on the away goal rule.
Blanc’s assessment confirmed his belief that Chelsea managing to score away from home was the difference between the two sides and that he was eager not to repeat what happened, calling on his team to raise their game against the Blues this time around.
