SWANSEA have had a new £5.1million bid for Valencia’s Pablo Hernandez rejected.
The Spaniards KO’d last week’s £4m offer and want at least £6.3m for the winger.
Hernandez, 27, wants to reunite with Swans boss Michael Laudrup after the pair worked together at Getafe.
Laudrup said: “A lot of things can happen. The closer we get to Friday’s transfer deadline, the worse it will get. It would be nice if we could relax on Friday having done everything.”
