Napoli President ups the ANTE on Premiership striker target

Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain is firmly on the radar of Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea, with the Blues thought to be slightly ahead in the race to sign the 27-year-old Argentinian international striker with some reports suggesting they have already made a 40€ million bid for the former Real Madrid front-man.

Unfortunately for Jose Mourinho that bid falls well short of the figure Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is expecting to get for his star player.

Speaking to Corriere dello Sport, he said that anyone interested in his star striker will need to pay ’94 million euros’.

Higuain meanwhile has a decent record of scoring goals, but is nowhere near worth the delusionary figure the club president has in mind.
