According to reports in German sports newspaper Sports Bild Manchester United has finally decided to sign Mats Hummels from Borussia Dortmund offering the Westphalia side £37.3 million for the German international.

United have been following Hummels since last summer after new manager Louis van Gaal made the German defender a top target for the club, and now media reports in Germany suggest the Red Devils are preparing a fresh assault.

Due to the recent slip of the Euro against the Pound United’s offer of £37.3 works out to be a cool 50€ million that van Gaal thinks should be enough for Dortmund to let the World Cup winner leave.
