Manchester United has decided that should they lose goalkeeper David De Gea to Real Madrid they will go all out to sign Tottenham shot stopper Hugo Lloris.

Lloris only moved to White Hart lane in 2012 from Ligue 1 side Lyon, but could be tempted to move to Old Trafford if Spurs fail to qualify for Champions League football next season.

The 28-year-old Frenchman is sure to feature in next summer’s transfer window as a host of top European clubs look for new goalkeepers fuelled by Real Madrid who are looking to replace the ageing Iker Casillas.

De Gea is currently Los Blanco’s first choice and knows that the Spanish international will find it hard to refuse a move back to his home town.

Manchester United meanwhile know they are in danger of losing De Gea bringing in former Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes to replace the young Spaniard should he decide to leave, but will also go after the younger Lloris.

Another goalkeeper that will be on the move is Chelsea’s Petr Cech who lost his number one spot at Stamford Bridge when Jose Mourinho brought back Belgium number one Thibaut Courtois from Athletico Madrid.
