According to Metro Liverpool is in advanced talks with Paris Saint-Germain over the possible transfer of left-back Lucas Digne.
Liverpool suffered a terrible season defensively conceding far too many goals, and with that in mind manager Brendan Rodgers is looking to bring in reinforcements to bolster the defences which is why he is reportedly preparing an offer for the 21-year-old PSG player.
The general thought is that Digne would prefer to remain in the French capital, but his lack of playing time at the Parc des Princes may just be enough to temp him to move to Anfield.
Roma is also said to be looking at the French defender as well, so it could prompt Liverpool to get an early bid in.
