It was obvious last season how unhappy Borussia Dortmund fans were when they found out that Mario Götze had betrayed them by signing for their biggest Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich.

When the two teams met in Westphalia for a league match ahead of the Champions League final at Wembley Stadium the Dortmund fans unveiled a huge banner that read:

“The pursuit of money shows how much heart you really have, Fuck off Götze!”

Now that Dortmund star striker Polish international Robert Lewandowski has agreed to join Bayern in the summer some fans may have tried to punish the player by stealing the wheels off of his Porsche Cayenne GTS from outside his home in Dortmund.

At the moment it is not sure if it was Dortmund fans who removed the wheels, or just criminals who have no interest in football, but when the striker woke up Monday morning he found his car sitting on cinderblocks in the driveway.

According to German newspaper Bild a set of winter tires for the car costs $3,250 and that is without the rims, and while it is certainly not a problem for the millionaire soccer player it is an inconvenience he could have done without.
