Chelsea are preparing a £22million summer swoop for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini, according to reports.
Roman Abramovich is expected to sweep the changes at Stamford Bridge in an attempt to overhaul his ageing squad.
The Blues have already agreed a deal to sign Werder Bremen midfielder Marko Marin at the end of the season and Fellaini could follow him.
The Belgian midfielder joined Everton in 2008 and has impressed with his courageous attitude and ability to score goals fro midfield.
Everton would be keen to keep the 24-year-old but an offer of over £20million would be difficult to refuse given the club’s financial constraints.
Chelsea had previously been linked with another Everton midfielder, Jack Rodwell.
