MANCHESTER rivals United and City could go head-to-head again this summer for Lille superstar Eden Hazard.

Eden for war. Hazard lights on for United and City

The French club have admitted they will struggle to hang on to the Belgian ace, who wants to try his luck elsewhere.

City boss Roberto Mancini has made a personal check on Hazard and has heard a glowing reference from Belgium and City skipper Vincent Kompany.

United chief Alex Ferguson also admires the playmaker, who has 16 league goals this term.

Lille’s president Michel Seydoux said: “Eden wants a European experience outside France. We cannot hold him.

“If he already spent two more seasons in France, it is because we have been a very strong club. We make no sales here.”

Tottenham and Real Madrid are also keen on Hazard, who is rated in the £25million bracket.
