It would appear as if Chelsea may now beat out Arsenal for the signature of Palermo striker Paulo Dybala next summer despite the Gunners reportedly agreeing a deal with the Serie A club.
Reports in Italy however say that the Blues have moved into pole position by building the framework to get a deal done for the 21-year-old, and are not put off by the £29.5million that the Italian club is asking for the Argentinian striker.
