Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed this morning that Costa Rican forward Joel Campbell will remain at the Emirates during the January transfer window.
Regarding Yaya Sanogo who was thought to be going to Crystal Palace on loan Wenger confirmed that he has offered the French U-21 international to Hull City manager Steve Bruce on a season-long loan, but so far the Tigers boss has not got back to him.
The Frenchman also quashed rumours regarding St Etienne centre-back Loic Perrin and Villarreal central defender Gabriel Paulista saying they were not being considered.
Wenger did however point out that the Gunners were trying to sign Legia Warsaw defensive midfielder Krystian Bielik, but the clubs were far apart with their valuation of the player.
