ARSENE WENGER is cracking the whip at Arsenal with an amazing catalogue of fines for players who breach his strict code of conduct.

The Gunners boss dishes out punishments to his young stars for offences that range from failing to bring in a pot of urine for testing to reading newspapers in the dressing room.

Photos posted online by a fan showed Wenger has stuck his signed crimesheet to the wall at Arsenal’s training ground and promises to double the amount if fines are not settled within seven days.

Defender Per Mertesacker is the Gunners’ ‘debt collector’, who has to collect the cash when his team-mates step over the line.

Arsenal’s millionaire players even get hit in the pocket to the tune of £1,000 if they fail to turn up for matches they are not involved in, without prior permission from the boss.

Forgetting their sample of wee two weeks in a row costs them £200.

But, above all, the list of punishments reveal Wenger is a stickler for punctuality.

Being late for travel brings a flat £500 punishment, with a £250 hit for not being on time for a team meal or meeting.

Being tardy for training, treatment or a massage costs £250 for up to 15 minutes or double that for longer.

Making a phone call inside the training HQ at London Colney in Hertfordshire is deemed worthy of a £500 fine — although texting is allowed. The smallest fine is £100 for taking a newspaper, laptop or phone into the medical area or dressing room — where wearing outdoor shoes is also banned.

The Gunners boss even tries to control the clothes his players wear and anything deemed inappropriate will cost another £100.

The list of naughty boys and their punishments is put up on the info screen in the dressing room at the end of every month.

Wenger’s hitlist came to light after a supporter took photographs on a private visit to their training HQ last Friday.

Both Arsenal and Wenger are furious after the fan, apparently a friend of club doctor Gary O’Driscoll, published behind-the-scenes pictures online.

One image of a whiteboard revealed German star Lukas Podolski was OUT of yesterday’s crucial game against Chelsea — potentially giving the Blues an advantage.

An Arsenal spokesman said: “The pictures are genuine.

“We understand that they were taken by a friend of a member of staff during a private visit to the training ground.

“The manager was made aware of the picture being published and we are very disappointed. We will review our procedures.”
