Jennifer Giroud has according to the Mirror told her husband Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud that the family is leaving London and moving back to France.
Last month the striker’s wife shut both her Facebook and Twitter accounts after the 27-year-old French international admitted that he had cheated on her just hours before Arsenal’s crucial FA Cup clash with Liverpool.
The Sun on Sunday is reporting that a source has told them: “She’s agreed to take him back, but only on the condition they leave London and England.
“He’s desperate to save the marriage because he knows how stupid he’s been – so he is going along with what she wants.”
Adding to this story is the fact that Giroud was spotted with football agent Muzzi Ozcanon Thursday.
Following a banner season in Ligue 1 taking Montpellier to their first ever league title Giroud signed for Arsenal in 2012.
If these stories are true it will mean that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will be looking to sign two new strikers come the summer.
