Arsenal has been given the all clear to sign Mexican international defender Hector Moreno with the Espanyol star said to be ready to move to the Emirates.
Arsenal has been watching the La Liga player for many months, and thought about making a move for him in January before opting for Gabriel Paulista.
Reports are saying that despite interest from Tottenham the 27-year-old has set his heart on Arsenal and is prepared to do all he can to help get a deal completed this summer that will see him at the Emirates next season.
