News out late last night from Sky Italia says that Arsenal has submitted a second bid for Dinamo Zagreb holding midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, after reliable Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claimed an initial bid had already been turned down for the 22-year-old Croatian international.
The thought is that Arsenal has now raised their offer to somewhere between 7€-9€ million for the highly rated central midfielder who is also known for his ability to score goals.
