Arsenal appears to be getting closer in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund star Ilkay Gundogan after putting a £15.6 million offer on the table.
Arsenal has been tracking the 24-year-old for some time now and despite the Westphalia side putting a £25 million valuation on their star player reports suggest they are seriously considering the Gunners offer.
The two clubs are scheduled to meet in the coming days to try and thrash out a deal, which we here at Soccertransfers feel needs to be nearer the £20 million mark, with the German side knowing that Arsenal needs to sign players this month.
