It would appear for all intents and purposes that Arsenal has cooled their interest in Argentinean striker Paulo Dybala after refusing to meet Palermo’s asking price of £30 million.

Just a week earlier the Gunners were mad keen on the 21-year-old who many are liking to Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, and despite having already loosened the purse strings for Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, manager Arsene Wenger has balked at the Sicilians asking price stepping away from further talks.

Meanwhile the London Evening Standard is reporting that Wenger is still an admirer of the young forward but is unwilling to sanction a £30 million bid this summer, yet could seek further contact should the Serie A side lower their valuation of the player.
