Arsenal has been busy tracking Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder star Hakan Calhanoglu for some time now, and nobody claim blame them after the free-kick specialist scored another stunner in his clubs 3-2 win over Mainz at the weekend.
The 21-year-old Turkish international is having a banner season since his move from fellow Bundesliga side Hamburg last summer alerting a host of top European clubs that includes Manchester City and Barcelona.
The Gunners however are confident that they can push a deal through for the £29.8 million rated player by offering German international Lukas Podolski in part exchange now it appears as if Inter Milan is not prepared to make the former Cologne star’s move permanent.
