Manchester United winger Nani will be offered an Old Trafford escape route by Juventus.

Arrivederci? Juventus could land United winger Nani in cut-price £12m deal

The Italian giants are monitoring the Portugal international’s growing unrest and are ready to make an offer in the January transfer window.

But sources in Turin say that the bid will not come close to United’s £25m valuation and that Juventus believe they could land Nani for a cut-price £12m.

Nani, 25, is furious because he believes United have reneged on an assurance that he would be rewarded with a new contract to take him close to £120,000 a week.

Now, he has angered Sir Alex Ferguson by becoming embroiled in a training-ground bust-up with Italian winger Davide Petrucci.

Nani, who has less than two years remaining on his current deal, is threatening to run down his contract before leaving United for free.

Sunday Mirror Sport revealed earlier this month that Nani deliberately priced himself out of a move to Zenit St Petersburg and even switched off his phone as the transfer deadline approached after United had agreed a £25m fee with the Russian club.

Nani has done nothing to help his own cause with his recent inconsistent form.

Meanwhile, Rio Ferdinand will be offered a new deal at Manchester United but has been warned off making an England return.
