Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has decided to give Chilean international striker Alexis Sanchez off following his country winning the Copa America so that the Gunners star can have a proper summer holiday, which is something he has not had for the last two years.
Arsene Wenger did the same thing for Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski last season, giving the German internationals an extra break following their success at the World Cup in Brazil.
Hopefully leaving Sanchez out will not hurt Arsenal, but we have to say we would rather see him playing rather than resting on a beach.
