Manchester United is willing to pay £58m for German Striker

Manchester United is reportedly willing to pay Bayern Munich £58 million for striker Thomas Muller.

Currently the two clubs are locked in negotiations over several players with the Bavarians reportedly keen to land Red Devils winger Angel Di Maria, while United wants Bastian Schweinsteiger and Thomas Muller.

And according to Sport1, United are ready to bid £58m in an attempt to convince Bayern to part with Muller this summer, after the striker has reportedly had a run in with manager Pep Guardiola during a training session.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal knows both Muller and Schweinsteiger well from his time spent managing the German champions and thinks both would be ideal candidates for what he is putting together at Old Trafford.
