With Chelsea not in the Champions league next season, Roman Abramovich and Antonio Conte will be working hand in hand to ensure the Blues are able to sign the sort of players that will put Chelsea back not only to a top four finish in the EPL that will guarantee Champions league qualification but as well as to the top of English football once again.

And in the bid for Chelsea owner to put Chelsea back to the top again, the Blues have been linked to the signing of many big name stars. One of them being Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale. The good thing for Chelsea is, if a report by daily mirror is true, the club will have a true chance of signing Bale this summer. This is as Daily mirror are reporting Bale has rejected an offer of a contract extension from Real Madrid.

The report went further to state that Bale isn’t happy at Real Madrid and will consider any offers for his signature in the summer. This situation would be music in the ears of both Roman Abramovich and Antonio Conte.

With Real Madrid said to be interested in signing Eden Hazard and Chelsea looking like they will sell the Belgian, it could be a perfect opportunity for the Blues to sign Bale in the deal that will take Hazard to Madrid.

Although Manchester United are also said to want the former Tottenham star at Old Trafford, Real Madrid are very much likely to sell to Chelsea rather than United as if they sell to Chelsea, they know they have a chance of getting their man – Eden Hazard.
