Real Madrid is seeing renewed interest in Argentinian winger Angel di Maria following the Argentinians Man of the Match display against Atletico Madrid last Saturday in the Champions league final in Lisbon.
According to Spanish newspaper MARCA the 26-year-old is wanted by Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City, but it is French Champions Paris Saint-Germain that has already put an offer on the table with both Monaco and Juventus eagerly watching the situation.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti wants Real Madrid to do all they can including offering the winger a new contract so that he can keep Di Maria at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Key players including Cristiano Ronaldo are also trying to persuade him to stay at the club, as he prepares to jet off and join the Argentina squad for this summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
The player himself has said he would prefer to have the whole thing sorted before going to Brazil but with so many clubs interested unless he commits to Real Madrid it is unlikely to happen.
