There has been much speculation in recent weeks over the future of Welsh Winger Gareth Bale at the Santiago Bernabeu after the 25-year-old put in a lacklustre performance against Juventus in the first-leg of their Champions League semi-final in Turin.

Last night was Bales chance for redemption when the two teams met for the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu, and while the Welshman’s presence was felt he failed to convert a host of chances that now sees Real Madrid knocked out of the competition after having lost 3-2 on aggregate.

Already in the bad books of Los Blanco’s fans Bale received a brutal departure from the stadium with fans verbally abusing him as he drove away.

In the video below you can here supporters calling him a hijo de puta’ – meaning son of a bitch, and also a carbon, which is slang in Spanish for an A-Hole.

Bale has the perfect opportunity to return to the Premiership with both Manchester United and Chelsea willing to pay as much as £80 million for him because they know with the winger in their team they will be hard to beat next season.

For Bale too it is a win win as he will no longer be in the shadow of Cristiano Ronaldo and away from the Real Madrid fans who now despise him.
