Arsenal’s Costa Rican forward Joel Campbell has admitted that he is flattered at being linked with a move to Spanish La Liga side Real Sociedad after having been sent there on loan for the second half of the 2015/2015 season.
This loan spell, and his previous one at Olympiakos in Greece not to mention a brilliant showing at last summer’s World Cup has the 22-year-old striker on the watch list of many European clubs including David Moyes Real Sociedad who now want to make the Arsenal player a permanent fixture.
“It’s something that is not in my hands,” Campbell said.
“But in the club to which I belong.
“It’s always an honour when such an important club such as Real Sociedad values you.”
