According to new claims in Spain the Gunners are pushing hard to seal a deal with Palermo for star striker Paulo Dybala by offering the Sicilian club £21.3 million for the 21-year-old, in the hope that a deal will be in place before the transfer window opens in the summer.

The reason for Arsenal’s action now is that the young Argentinian is also wanted by Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

Dybala is already being likened to his fellow countryman Lionel Messi after having scored 12 goals while providing eight assists in 25 appearances for Palermo this season making him one of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger’s top summer priorities.
