It what may seem like a very surprising move the bookies who are hardly ever wrong have made Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic their favourite to join Liverpool over Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City in what would be a sensational coup for the Reds.

Discussions as to where the international superstar my end up intensified last weekend after he was caught on camera calling France a S*it country following PSG’s 3-2 loss to Bordeaux despite having scored twice in the match.

This has obviously upset 66 million French citizens and now has Ladbrokes offering 8/1 that he will end up at Anfield this summer.

According to the bookmakers Ladbroke’s a spokesman for the company said: ‘Zlatan’s position at PSG looks precarious, with some calling for him to leave France, but the odds suggest Liverpool would welcome him with open arms.’

This would be an amazing transfer were it to happen and especially so giving the fact that Zlatan is now 33-years-old, but there is one big thing he brings to any club, and that is the fact that any club he has played for has won the league.

So how about it Brendan do you really want Ibrahimovic at Anfield?
