Arsenal goalkeeper Polish international Wojciech Szczesny has the pressure building up fast following on from the blunders he made at Southampton on New Year ’s Day, and now comes the news that the Gunners are having a close look at German keeper Loris Karius.
The 21-year-old shot stopper currently plays for Mainz 05 and is regarded as an emerging talent and the second best keeper in the Bundesliga after Bayer Munich’s Manuel Neuer.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has already confirmed that Colombian keeper David Ospina will start for Arsenal on Sunday against Hull City in the FA Cup on Sunday knowing that a good performance could give him the number one spot at the Emirates.
